Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Delicious Bears. We are committed to getting your wellness supplements to you safely, quickly, and conveniently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays) after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (SAST) on a Friday, or over a weekend or public holiday, will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an automated order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with your BobGo tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel directly:

  • On the BobGo tracking portal: track.bobgo.co.za
  • Via the courier's own website using the provided waybill number
  • By contacting us at info@deliciousbears.com with your order number

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

A flat shipping rate of R120 will apply. 

Free Shipping Threshold

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders valued at R1300 or more (cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts). This applies to deliveries within South Africa only. The free shipping threshold is automatically applied at checkout via Shopify.

Delivery Addresses

We currently deliver to all physical addresses within South Africa, including residential and business addresses. Please note:

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Postnet-only addresses.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete, including suburb, city, and postal code.
  • Delicious Bears is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, re-delivery charges will apply.

International Shipping

At this time, Delicious Bears only ships within South Africa. International shipping is not yet available but may be introduced in future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified of any updates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your BobGo tracking number. Tracking is typically activated within 12–24 hours of dispatch.

To track your order:

  • Visit track.bobgo.co.za and enter your tracking number.
  • Alternatively, click the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.
  • If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@deliciousbears.com.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, please be aware that the following may cause delays beyond our control:

  • Public holidays and long weekends
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • High-volume periods (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, festive season)
  • Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations
  • Courier operational delays

Delicious Bears will always do our best to communicate any known delays promptly. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we will investigate with the relevant courier.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the courier, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@deliciousbears.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of damaged packaging or product (where applicable)

We will work with BobGo and the relevant courier to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Replacement products or refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where Delicious Bears has made an error (e.g. incorrect or defective product dispatched). For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our full Returns & Refunds Policy available on our website.
